The platform does not provide emergency response services.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate and current information while booking or registering on the platform.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your registered phone number or account.

If you are booking for a family member or dependent, you confirm you are authorized to share their details.

You must keep your login and verification credentials confidential.

4. Clinical Facilitation and Records

The platform facilitates consultation coordination and does not independently diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency clinical intervention.

Clinical notes, follow-up suggestions, and treatment instructions are created by the consulting doctor and shared through platform channels.

Where required, consent and policy acceptance events may be recorded for audit and compliance purposes.

5. Booking, Holds, and Confirmation

Appointment slots are offered subject to real-time availability and may be placed on temporary hold during checkout/login.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful completion of required booking steps and status confirmation on the platform.

The platform may release unpaid or expired holds automatically.

6. Payments

Where payment is applicable, users may be asked to pay using available payment methods shown on the platform.

In manual verification modes, booking status may remain pending until payment proof is reviewed and approved.

Refunds, cancellations, and exceptions are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Communications and Notifications

You agree to receive essential transactional communications such as OTP, booking confirmations, reschedule/cancellation updates, clinical-note notifications, and reminder messages.

Communication channels may include WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-app notifications depending on availability and user settings.

Delivery can be affected by third-party provider availability and network conditions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or disruption of platform systems.

9. Privacy, Consent, and Data Rights

Personal and health-related information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users may raise requests for access, correction, deletion, and related rights through platform support channels, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

We may retain records needed for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, medical record obligations, and service integrity.

10. Medical and Emergency Notice

Content and workflows on this platform are for consultation facilitation and informational support only and do not substitute emergency medical services.

For urgent or life-threatening situations, contact local emergency services immediately.

11. Third-Party Services

12. Intellectual Property and Infringement Notices

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, The Mind, Body & Soul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, delays, or third-party outages.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mind, Body & Soul and associated personnel from claims arising due to your breach of these terms, misuse of services, or violation of applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
