It does not apply to external third-party charges outside our control.

This policy describes cancellation, rescheduling, payment review, and refund handling for bookings made through the platform.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made from booking/account flows or through support channels as early as possible.
If a consultation is cancelled by our side, users are eligible for either full refund or priority rescheduling.
In manual payment verification mode, appointment status may remain pending until payment verification is completed.
If payment proof is rejected or not submitted within a reasonable time, the booking may be cancelled.
Duplicate, excess, or failed capture payments are eligible for review and refund after verification.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days.
Final credit timelines depend on payment rail and banking networks and may take up to 14 business days.
Share Appointment ID, registered phone number, payment reference (if any), and reason for request for faster processing.
Requests can be sent via WhatsApp or email listed on this page.
All refund decisions are subject to verification of booking and payment records. The Mind, Body & Soul reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially approve a request where permitted by law.
